2024 Homeowner Exterior Paint Survey

Date: July 17, 2024
Background: The Association will perform exterior painting on every home this year. To properly do this, we need each homeowner’s feedback regarding their home.
Directions: The Association plans to paint the exterior home elements noted below. For each of the elements below, the homeowner should let us know if there is something about the area the Association should be aware of (for example, newly replaced front door, cannot paint garage (and describe why), etc.). The homeowner should inspect all noted exterior elements and let us know if there is any rot on any of these elements, whether the homeowner will make the needed rot repairs, or if the homeowner wishes to have the Association make the needed rot repairs and directly bill the homeowner. The Association's carpenter charges $55/hour plus the cost of the material.
*If we do not receive a completed form from you, we assume we can paint all exterior elements, and the Association will make any rot repairs and bill you directly.

Front Door
Front Door Frame
Back Door – Exterior Doors Only
Back Door Frames
Garage Doors
Garage Door Frames
Light Posts
Window Frames
Shutters
Shed Door & Frame
Gable Vents (some may need to be replaced, which is the homeowner’s responsibility).
