2025 Board of Directors Candidates
Executive Board Candidates:
1. Jacob Whitt Address: 315 N Donnerville Rd, Mountville, PA 17554 Present Occupation: Application Support Analyst (Information Technology) What Challenges do you see facing the Community? Deteriorating exterior conditions such as paint cracking and rotting retaining walls, lack of proper maintenance by townhouse homeowners. How would you go about addressing these challenges? I would like to see the HOA get more involved in maintenance that spans multiple conjoined properties like gutter cleaning, retaining wall maintenance, and siding painting due to difficulty of coordination among townhouse owners. Please list special education, training, hobbies, and interests that you feel may assist you in your capacity as a Board member if elected? Between my role in a team at work and being active in my church I understand cooperation and community is important for a group to run effectively. Being active in my church also helps me try to see perspectives of others and care about their needs over my own. I also have a strong desire for efficiency and being prepared in all facets of my life. Why do you want to be elected to the Board? To better the community and increase property values through proper maintenance among shared properties. Do you have any experience on boards, committees and knowledge of budgets and association documents? I've represented the student's perspective at school board meetings back in 2015-2016 when I was in high school and I manage the budget for my own household.
