Dear Hempfield Green Residents, Per the governing documents of Hempfield Green Residents Association, you are hereby given notice that the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, in the auditorium at the Mountville Area Community Center (120 College Avenue, PA 17554). The purpose of this meeting is to:
Host the Board of Directors Election
Discuss community updates such as landscaping, painting, and snow removal
There are currently two positions up for election. If you want to run for one of the two Board positions, please complete the attached Candidate Interest Form and return it to [email protected] by Monday, March 30th. Interested homeowners must be in good standing with the Association to hold a Board position. If you cannot attend the meeting, we encourage you to vote online by visiting www.hempfieldgreenra.com and clicking on the “2026 Annual Meeting” tab, which will be active on March 31st. 2026 Hempfield Green Residents Association Proxy Authorization Form
I, the undersigned, being a member in good standing of the Hempfield Green Residents Association, give my proxy to ______________________________ to attend the Annual Meeting, on April 9, 2026, at 6:30pm, with full power to vote and act for me and in my name, place and stead that I were personally present at such meeting, with full power of substitution. This proxy may be revoked by me at any time by my giving written notice of such revocation of my proxy, or to the Secretary of the association, at or before the scheduled meeting. If I cannot attend the meeting, I will return the proxy, so that I may be counted. In the event I am present at the meeting herein designated, this proxy, at my sole discretion, shall be null and void, and I can exercise my own vote and participation at the meeting.
